Actor Abhishek Bachchan is all praise for his ‘Guru' co-star Mallika Sherawat. “Mallika is fantastic. She is a fabulous co-star,” said Jr. Bachchan in a recent interview.
Abhishek and Mallika together shot an item number ‘Mayaa Mayya' for the film. Mallika has played a cameo in the film and Abhishek for this song sequence only shared screen space with the sultry actress and needless to say he's very impressed. “She danced bare feet, practiced 8-10 hours every day but not once did she complain. She was always smiling and pleasant,” said a floored Abhishek.
The song has been shot in an abandoned church in Istanbul .
'Guru' directed by Mani Ratnam, stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Vidya Balan, Madhavan and Mithun Chakrobarty in the leads. ‘Guru' scheduled to release this week on January 12.
